LinkGather - WordPress Plugin



This WordPress plugin gives you the ability to export the URLs for all your blogs posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

Get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the address below:

Once you have installed the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

Walkthrough


A new tab on the options side of your WordPress admin console will appear called LinkGather:

When you hover over this tab option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available to you:

Click on the Home offering, this will go to the plugins homepage which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links option to move you to the page that will reveal all of your websites published posts’ URL's. Note that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our demo test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your export WordPress URLs posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL's table, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post links you have.

You then also have the ability to download the articles in CSV design.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack Links


The option for JetPack ShortLinks is again exactly the same instructions as check here those above, however, JetPack URL's are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather more info those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack URL's that it has gathered:
